1. Client-Side, On-Device Architecture
Our applications are built using a client-side architecture. Heuristic parsing, offer matching, scheduling filters, and automation routines execute directly on your physical smartphone hardware.
- We never collect, log, transmit, or store your passwords, authentication tokens, session cookies, or login credentials.
- We do not operate intermediary cloud proxy servers to access your third-party accounts on your behalf.
- Your search filters, location choices, station lists, and time rules remain stored locally in private application sandbox storage on your device.
2. Android AccessibilityService Usage
Certain Studio 91 productivity utilities (such as FlexCatcher) utilize Android's AccessibilityService API to perform core automation tasks.
- Purpose: The AccessibilityService is utilized solely to inspect on-screen delivery block information and perform automated screen interactions (such as tapping the reserve button) when an offer matches your user-configured criteria.
- No Background Surveillance: The service activates only when the designated host app is active on your screen. It does not monitor external chats, emails, banking applications, browser contents, or personal communications.
- No Audio or Visual Recording: We do not capture, record, stream, or transmit screen video, audio, or biometric data.
3. Data We May Receive
Because our software runs locally, our external data collection is strictly minimal:
- License Validation: If you purchase an application subscription or license, our server validates the cryptographic license key and a hashed, non-reversible device fingerprint to enforce license terms and prevent unauthorized account takeover.
- Voluntary Support Inquiries: If you send an email to
studio91apps@gmail.com, we receive your email address and any details you provide to answer your technical questions or troubleshoot issues. - Crash Diagnostics: Optional anonymous technical crash reports (such as stack traces and device model) may be transmitted to help diagnose and resolve application bugs. Crash reports never contain user credentials or personal identity data.
4. Zero Sale or Third-Party Sharing of Data
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information or usage patterns to third-party data brokers, marketers, or advertisers. We do not integrate third-party ad networks into our paid utility applications.
5. Data Retention & Security
Local preferences and settings remain on your device until you delete the application or clear its local app data. Communications sent to our support email are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request and maintain customer support records.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our applications and services are directed at independent delivery contractors and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
