Studio 91 is an independent development studio and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc., Walmart Inc., Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
"Amazon Flex", "Walmart Spark", and related marks and logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party names or trademarks is solely for identification and compatibility purposes.

3. User Responsibility & Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party platforms and courier applications remains governed by the respective terms of service of those platforms. You are solely responsible for setting appropriate filters, operational hours, and maintaining full compliance with any contracts or agreements you have with third-party logistics services.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Studio 91 does not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free operation, or that third-party platforms will not modify their application interfaces or accessibility requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Studio 91, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or opportunities arising out of your use of or inability to use the software.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate software licenses if there is evidence of unauthorized reverse engineering, modification, malicious distribution, or violation of these Terms.
